Responsibilities

• Strategy & leadership: Contribute to strategy by proposing development initiatives.
• Strategy & leadership: Identify and elevate key issues for review by the Resort Manager and by the Regional Director.
• Villa portfolio management: Manage portfolio movements (offboards, new supply with coordination with Biz Dev team).
• Villa portfolio management: Conduct regular owner account management: organise touchpoints, propose recommendations, build strong partnerships.
• Villa portfolio management: Ensure 100% of properties are up to standard.
• Villa portfolio management: Keep commercial and legal information up to date.
• Season set-up & preparation: Recruit, onboard, and train Local Representatives / On site concierge, aligning with Le Collectionist standards.
• Season set-up & preparation: Conduct pre-season inspections to validate readiness of all properties.
• Season set-up & preparation: Expand an exclusive network of high-end local vendors and experience creators.
• Season set-up & preparation: Support the onboarding and continuous training of the central Concierge team in Paris on local destination specifics
