Renard International Hospitality Search Consultants is seeking an Executive Assistant Manager (#2) for a prestigious luxury resort in Kenya. You will report to the Resident Manager and act as the senior operational leader, taking ownership of daily operations and driving service excellence across the property.

The ideal candidate will have extensive luxury hospitality experience, strong Rooms and F&B knowledge, and the ability to lead diverse, multicultural teams.

Competenze

• Significant luxury hotel or resort experience.
• Experience across Rooms and F&B operations.
• Proven ability to lead senior department heads.
• Excellent English communication; German or Italian preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day resort operations as #2 leader.
• Drive guest experience, service quality and financial performance.
• Coordinate with Resident Manager and cross-functional teams.
