Luxury Resort Group in Kenya seeks an experienced Executive Assistant Manager (#2) to join its senior leadership team. This role reports to the Resident Manager and acts as the right hand in day-to-day operations, focusing on guest experience, team leadership, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate brings luxury hotel experience, strong operational knowledge across Rooms and Food & Beverage, and excellent English communication.
