Renard International Hospitality Search Consultants is seeking an Executive Assistant Manager (#2) for a luxury resort in Kenya. The role reports to the Resident Manager and acts as the second-in-command for day-to-day operations, guest experience, and financial performance.

Ideal candidates will have extensive luxury hotel experience across Rooms and F&B, lead senior department heads, and possess international exposure with strong English communication.

Competenze

• Significant luxury hotel and resort experience.
• European luxury-hospitality background preferred.
• Senior-level titles such as EAM, Hotel Manager, or Director of Operations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Rooms, F&B, and guest experience.
• Ability to lead and develop senior department heads in multicultural teams.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day operations in absence of Resident Manager.
• Oversee guest experience, service standards, and operational performance.
• Drive P&L awareness, revenue and cost control.
• Directly manage senior department heads and hospitality teams.
