Renard International Hospitality Search Consultants seeks an Executive Assistant Manager (#2) for a luxury resort in Kenya. You will join the senior leadership, reporting to the Resident Manager, and act as the right hand for day-to-day operations, guest experience and financial performance.

The role requires extensive luxury-hospitality leadership, European exposure, and fluent English; German or Italian language skills are preferred. A polished hotelier with strong team leadership is essential.

Competenze

• Significant luxury hotel and resort leadership experience.
• European luxury-hospitality experience, especially in Germany or Italy.
• Previous roles at EAM, Hotel Manager or Director of Operations or similar.
• Broad operational knowledge across Rooms, F&B, Guest Experience, and related functions.
• Excellent English communication with international work exposure.

Mansioni

• Lead resort operations as the #2 to the Resident Manager.
• Oversee guest experience and service excellence across departments.
• Develop and mentor senior department heads and multicultural teams.
• Monitor P&L, revenue generation and cost control.
