Job summary

Four Seasons Naples Beach Club in Florida seeks a skilled bartender to deliver elevated service at Sunset Bar. You will craft cocktails, share knowledge of wines and spirits, and ensure guests enjoy a seamless beverage experience in a luxury beach setting.

The role requires at least 2 years in a luxury bar, fluent English, and the stamina to stand for long shifts. Micros POS experience is a plus; weekend availability and a professional, guest-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years bartending experience in luxury hotel or high-end bar.
Fluency in English required.
Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
Working knowledge of Micros POS system is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Provide knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks including origin, taste and preparation methods.
Provide quick and efficient beverage service according to established recipes while following laws and Four Seasons standards.
Confirm guest orders, check against original order, and anticipate guest needs.
Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, responding promptly.
Assist in drink development, events, inventory, and garnishments.
Follow bar procedures and ensure professional, courteous guest service.
