Job summary

The Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a talented bartender to deliver an elevated bar experience for our guests. You will provide expert knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks, while assisting with inventory and bar operations in a fast-paced luxury setting.

We require 2+ years of bartending experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end bar, and fluency in English with current US work authorization. Familiarity with Micros POS is a plus.

• 2+ years bartending experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end bar.
• Fluency in English and valid US work authorization.
• Experience with Micros POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks, including origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain knowledge of wine list and recipes.
• Provide quick and efficient beverage service, proper pouring and mixing according to recipes while following laws and Four Seasons standards.
• Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests; check order accuracy; anticipate needs and offer suggestions.
• Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, responding to concerns and requests.
• Assist in drink development, promotions, events, inventory, and garnishments; manage related tasks.
• Follow bar P&Ps and daily checklists.
• Ensure professional, courteous, and attentive guest service is offered to every guest.
