Job summary

Givenchy, a prestigious fashion house in Italy, seeks a seasoned Production, Purchasing & Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of production from raw materials to final shipments. The role covers Leathergoods, Accessories and Shoes Production across Italy, including Production Planning, Purchasing and Quality with external suppliers.

Ideal candidate holds a Master's in engineering, 10+ years in a similar role, and is proficient in Lean manufacturing, Excel and Power BI, with fluency in Italian

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, preferably in manufacturing.
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar Production/Purchasing/Quality role.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and Power BI knowledge.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English or French.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Planning for Leathergoods, Accessories and Shoes in Italy.
• Coordinate Purchasing of Raw Materials and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee Quality Teams and supplier negotiations to meet quality standards.
• Manage external vendors and budgets; develop KPI dashboards.
