Qualifications

• Degree in Management Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing environment with process improvement.

• Ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing performance and drive improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with external manufacturers to evaluate performance and manage vendor ratings.
• Support continuous improvement in cutting operations using lean principles and data-driven decisions.
• Analyze workflows, supplier performance and processes to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with planning, purchasing, quality, logistics and production to reduce lead times.
• Define and track production KPIs and report on performance improvements.
