CELINE Production in Italy seeks a hybrid Special Work Development & Industrialization Specialist. You will bridge design, development and production, independently managing projects to assure technical feasibility, cost optimization, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in similar roles, excellent Excel skills, and experience with PLM/SAP. English is mandatory; French is a plus. Location in Tuscany with a competitive, introductory salary and strong growth opportunities.

Competenze

At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in luxury manufacturing.
Excellent knowledge of Excel and data management.
Strong English language skills; French is a plus.
Experience with PLM systems and SAP is highly desirable.

Mansioni

Manage interfaces with Pattern Making, Development, Warehouse and external suppliers during sampling and industrialization phases.
Update and maintain follow-up files across phases.
Create masters for Special Works (SL) and ensure correct product data entry into PLM.
Coordinate testing procedures and related documentation.
Collaborate withQuality to homologate processes before production launch.
Plan and organize activities to ensure timely industrialization and production launch.
