Prada Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Outlet in Serravalle. You will serve as the Store Manager's deputy, leading the team on busy days and ensuring an exceptional client experience while upholding brand standards.

You will analyze daily performance, set actionable plans, and drive sales, productivity, and store operations. Fluency in English and a passion for luxury retail are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and business acumen with ability to drive sales and store performance.
• Experience in managing high-volume retail environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the business by supporting the Store Manager in defining strategies to exceed financial targets and maximize sales.
• Coach and motivate the team on the sales floor, ensuring KPI targets are met and cross-selling is optimized.
• Drive client development by delivering a high-standard service and building long-term relationships with local and international clients.
• Oversee store operations, stock management, replenishment, and adherence to company procedures and guidelines.
• Identify local commercial opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize outlet performance.
