SAN SONNEA is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing operations of its exclusive Dolomites lodge. You will shape the guest experience, drive financial performance, and build a high-performing team from day one.

Fluent in English, German and Italian, you will partner with the owning family to deliver exceptional service and uphold the highest quality standards in a luxury hospitality setting.

Competenze

• Several years as GM, hotel manager, or director of operations in luxury or boutique hospitality.
• Experience with hotel openings or pre-opening projects preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with passion for hospitality.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the entire pre-opening phase through to a successful launch.
• Overall responsibility for the hotel's daily operations.
• Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, and key operational metrics.
• Ensure exceptional service quality and operational excellence.
• Work closely with the owning family on the strategic development of the property.
