BVLGARI in Rome is seeking a Retail Excellence Specialist to support Client Experience worldwide. You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure a seamless client journey and assist in VOC reporting and training initiatives for store leadership.

The role requires 1–3 years in similar positions, strong MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint) and Canva proficiency, plus English language capability. Salary is based in Italy with a discretionary bonus depending on performance.

Competenze

• 1–3 years in similar positions with project management and reporting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good Canva knowledge and design sense for materials.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Support development and coordination of initiatives to enhance Client Experience worldwide.
• Coordinate with Departments to ensure consistency across Client touchpoints and journey.
• Assist creation, editing and distribution of materials for markets, including translations as needed.
• Support VOC reports, translate client feedback into actionable insights using AI tools.
• Organize training for Store Leaders and Training community on platform adoption and new features.
