As an intern, you will assist the housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, support inspections, manage supplies, and respond to guest requests, helping daily operations run smoothly while upholding the Auberge Collection's renowned service.

Competenze

• Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in English and Italian preferred.

Mansioni

• Support the housekeeping team in delivering excellence.
• Assist with inspections and verification of cleanliness and maintenance in guest rooms and common areas.
• Monitor supplies and housekeeping equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Handle guest requests, reports, and questions related to housekeeping services.
• Support the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
