Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Collection in Florence is seeking a Guest Relations Intern to help deliver a welcoming, personalized guest experience. You will greet guests, handle requests and special arrangements, and share local insights about hotel services and attractions.

You will assist in VIP arrivals, monitor feedback, and support daily operations while shadowing the Guest Relations team to gain hands-on hospitality experience.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is a plus.
• Master's degree or equivalent in Hospitality is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Welcoming guests and providing personalized service throughout their stay.
