Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Collection in Florence invites a Guest Relations Intern to contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences within a luxury hospitality setting. You will support the Guest Relations team across the guest journey, focusing on personalised service and proactive guest care.

In this internship, you will welcome guests, handle requests, coordinate VIP arrivals, and collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless stay.

Job Description

As a Guest Relations Intern, you will support the Guest Relations team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality throughout the guest journey.

Main responsibilities include:

• Assisting in welcoming guests and providing personalized service throughout their stay.
• Supporting the management of guest requests, preferences, and special arrangements.
• Handling guest inquiries and providing information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Assisting in the coordination of VIP arrivals, amenities, and special occasions.
• Monitoring guest feedback and supporting service recovery actions when required.
• Collaborating with operational departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Supporting pre-arrival and post-stay communications with guests.
• Assisting in maintaining guest profiles and updating relevant information in hotel systems.
• Participating in daily operations and shadowing Guest Relations team members to gain hands-on hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar luxury hospitality environment is considered a plus.
• Master's degree or equivalent in Hospitality is considered a plus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
