COREcruitment is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager for a brand-new 5-star luxury resort in Courmayeur, Italy. You will lead revenue growth across leisure, groups, and MICE markets, prospecting new business and managing the full sales cycle.

Fluency in Italian and English is required. You will coordinate with operations and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support pre-opening activities.

Competenze

• Proven hotel sales experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Experience managing groups and/or MICE segments is desirable.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Locally based or willing to relocate to Courmayeur area.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities aligned with revenue goals.
• Oversee group and MICE inquiries with prompt, professional responses.
• Manage full sales cycle from qualification to contract finalization.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Support pre-opening activities and contribute to sales workflows.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity for insights.
• Serve as main contact for sales inquiries with proactive leadership.
