Rocco Forte Hotels in Italy seeks a Regional Director of Group Sales to lead the Proactive Group Sales and Group & Event Sales teams across Northern and Southern Italy, collaborating with Area Directors of Sales and hotel leadership to define and execute the regional Group Sales strategy.

You will drive new business, grow strategic accounts, oversee qualification and conversion of opportunities, and work with Revenue Management, Marketing, Event Planning and Operations to maximise revenue,

Competenze

5+ years' experience in a sales leadership role in luxury hospitality
Strong background in Proactive and Reactive Group Sales
Proven experience leading high-performing commercial teams
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English and willingness to travel across Italy

Mansioni

Lead Proactive Group Sales and Group & Event Sales teams across Northern and Southern Italy
Define and execute the regional Group Sales strategy to meet commercial objectives
Drive new business opportunities while growing existing strategic accounts
Oversee qualification, conversion and management of all Group Sales opportunities
Partner with Revenue Management, Marketing, Event Planning and Operations to maximise performance
Monitor sales performance and market trends to drive growth
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
Represent Rocco Forte Hotels at meetings, trade shows and sales missions
Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and succession planning
