Job summary

Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, seeks an empathetic Guest Relations Agent to tailor guest stays and anticipate needs. You will identify VIP guests, contact before arrival for planning, and personally welcome guests with bespoke property introductions.

You will be the main contact during stays, handling feedback and requests with speed and empathy. Responsibilities include coordinating bespoke amenities and gifts with department heads, supporting a luxury experience, and participating in

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Concierge, or Front Office in luxury hospitality.
Natural empathy, warmth, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving agility and creative flair in guest surprise-and-delight initiatives.
Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM / PMS systems.
Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Review daily arrival lists to identify VIPs, repeat guests, special celebrations, and specific guest preferences.
Contact guests prior to arrival to assist with pre-stay planning and tailored itinerary curation.
Welcome VIP guests personally, conducting in-room check-ins and tailored property introductions.
Act as the dedicated point of contact during stays, resolving feedback and special requests with speed and empathy.
Coordinate bespoke guest amenities, celebratory gifts, and farewell touches with department heads.
