Qualifications

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Hospitality Management, Event Management, or Tourism degree program
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong logistical mindset and problem-solving attitude
• A natural flair for creativity and high attention to detail, especially in lifestyle setups and luxury gifting presentation
• Excellent communication and diplomacy abilities, comfortable dealing with premium external suppliers and international guests
• Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-property guest experiences, managing the daily logistics, timing, and flawless execution of in-hotel activities and events
• Liaise with local partners and premium vendors, handling bookings, verification of services, and administrative follow-ups to ensure seamless collaboration
• Manage the guest gifting process, selecting, arranging, and setting up bespoke welcome amenities, anniversary surprises, and personalized in-room touches
• Anticipate guest desires and customize itineraries, collaborating with internal departments to tailor active animations and exclusive experiences inside the property
• Maintain complete accuracy in tracking experience bookings, feedback, and guest preferences within the internal systems
