Job summary

Four Seasons Milano in Italy is seeking a talented Insite and Offsite Banquet Server to join our iconic hotel. Reporting into the F&B Outlet Manager, you will describe the menu, take guest orders, coordinate service timings and help create memorable experiences for our guests.

You must be fluent in English and Italian and have the legal right to work in Italy. This fixed-term role offers an annual gross salary of 24.300,00€ plus a comprehensive benefits package including meals, dry cleaning

Qualifications

• Food service experience in luxury hotels and/or stand-alone restaurants or restaurant groups.
• Attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• describing the selection of food and beverage menu items to our guests by offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, taste and preparation methods
• communicating guest orders including any special needs to requests to the kitchen
• coordinating food timings

• ascertaining satisfaction and offering suggestions
