Job summary

Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan, is seeking an F&B Support expert/Commis de rang for a full-time role reported to the F&B Outlets Manager. The position covers tasks related to F&B service across all outlets.

The role involves serving guests, assisting in setup and restock, and ensuring a seamless dining experience with a warm, attentive service. Italian and English at least intermediate are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Knowledge of both Italian and English at an intermediate level or higher.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced luxury service environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage items to guests.
• Ensure authentic and efficient service and check dining experience meets expectations.
• Help the outlet team set up and ready for each service period.
• Prepare and restock outlet inventory.
• Clean tables, close duties, and restock tableware and supplies.
• Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silverware.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
• Comply with health, safety and hygiene standards.
