You will help maintain pristine kitchen and banquet areas, support the culinary and events teams, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation on a fast-paced, event-driven schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen, F&B, or banquets in luxury settings.
• Ability to work under pressure in event-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with waste disposal and maintain clean work areas.
• Support culinary team by cleaning and organizing kitchens.
• Prepare and manage dishwashing areas and supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and banquets during events.
• Assist with setup/breakdown of kitchen stations and banquet spaces.
