Four Seasons Hotel Milano in Milan, Italy, seeks a talented Chef de Rang to join our iconic team. Reporting to the Room Service Manager, you will ensure exceptional service and attentive guest experiences.

You will describe menu items with vivid details, relay orders to the kitchen, coordinate timing, anticipate needs, and help close checks. Fluency in English and Italian is required, with a flexible schedule.

What you will do:

Reporting into the Room Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.

Responsibilities will include describing the selection of food and beverage menu items to our guests by offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, taste and preparation methods, communicating guest orders including any special needs to requests to the kitchen, coordinating food timings, anticipating guest needs, ascertaining satisfaction and offering suggestions, closing guest checks, being highly visible in the operation, and taking care of special requests with dedication to providing an attentive and distinctive experience for our guests.

What you bring:

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
• Ability to provide guidance to others

Schedule & Hours:

This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and we will offer a fixed term contract.

The candidate must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
