Four Seasons Venice seeks a polished service professional to support the Chef de Rang and deliver memorable dining experiences in a luxury hotel setting overlooking the lagoon.

You will assist with service phases, set and reset tables, deliver dishes with impeccable presentation, greet guests, and maintain HACCP standards while upholding the brand's warmth and intuitive luxury in every interaction.

Competenze

• Experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment.

Mansioni

• Assist the Chef de Rang throughout all phases of service, supporting pacing and refinement of the dining experience.
• Set up and clear tables with elegance and precision according to Four Seasons standards.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly and fully.
• Support mise en place by replenishing linens, glassware, cutlery, condiments, and ensuring organized service stations.
• Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide initial guest services—greeting, water, bread, and table touches—aligned with Four Seasons’ warmth.
• Maintain high visibility in the dining room, observe guest needs, and communicate feedback to leadership.
• Uphold hygiene and safety protocols, respecting HACCP and internal procedures.
• Keep service areas and back-office stations organized and stocked.
• Support the Restaurant Manager and Chef de Rang in maintaining an elegant dining room ambiance.
