Four Seasons – Terrazza Danieli, Venice, seeks an attentive Waiter/Waitress to join the signature dining venue. You will support the Chef de Rang, assist with food delivery, table setup, and ensure service aligns with the Four Seasons standard of refined, warm hospitality.

Fluency in English and Italian, plus experience in luxury settings, are essential. This full-time role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Competenze

• Fluency in English and Italian is required.
• Experience in luxury hotels and/or high-end restaurants is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Assist Chef de Rang in all phases of service, supporting pacing, delivery, and refinement of the dining experience.
• Set up and clear tables with elegance and precision per Four Seasons standards.
• Deliver dishes from kitchen to guests with timeliness and impeccable presentation.
• Maintain HACCP hygiene and internal restaurant procedures at all times.
• Keep service areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
