VRetreats in Rome is seeking a highly motivated Cluster Sales Manager to drive business development across our luxury portfolio. You will cultivate relationships with agencies and operators, lead sales initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in luxury hospitality sales, strong presentation and negotiation skills, fluency in English, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years of luxury hospitality sales experience.
• Degree in Tourism or Hospitality or related field.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Fluent English; another language is a plus.
• Experience with multi-property or cluster sales is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with budget objectives.
• Maintain and expand relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, consortia and other luxury partners.
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Marketing and Reservations teams.
• Represent VRetreats at trade fairs and luxury hospitality events.
• Organise site inspections and FAM trips.
• Prepare regular sales reports and market analyses.
