Brunello Cucinelli in Solomeo, Umbria, seeks a Customer Care Associate to engage customers across ecommerce, boutiques and CRM. You will act as a personal stylist, manage clienteling, and ensure exceptional service in line with the brand's luxury positioning.

You will collaborate with Retail, Digital and Logistics teams, support returns and alterations, and contribute to special projects while expanding your knowledge of Salesforce and CRM best practices within a global team.

Competenze

• Fluent in English, French and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Customer-centric orientation with passion for authentic relationships.
• Experience in Customer Care, Retail, or CRM, luxury preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; empathy to ease difficult situations.
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to prioritize daily work and projects.
• Ability to work independently and in international team environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and strong Excel proficiency.

• Act as a personal stylist, managing clienteling activities across digital and in-store channels.
• Review requests, prioritize, and resolve with high quality care before, during, and after purchase.
• Manage returns, repairs and alterations; track and facilitate operations.
• Support E-commerce OMS, operations and omnichannel activities, online and in boutique shipments.
• Participate in special projects such as training sessions and gifting initiatives.
