Moncler is seeking a Full-Time Client Advisor to join our Milano team for the Winter Season. You will embody the brand through professional presence, refined communication and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will guide each client through Moncler’s heritage and collections, develop a deep understanding of their needs and build long-term relationships, while contributing to both individual and store performance and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales; luxury fashion/retail experience is a plus.
• International mindset and ability to work with diverse clientele.
• Passion for retail, client-focused, commercially driven.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Overview

Moncler is currently looking for a Full-Time Client Advisor to join our teams in Milano for the Winter Season. As a Client Advisor, you will embody the brand's values through professional presence, refined communication style and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. You will guide each client through Moncler's heritage and collections, developing a deep understanding of their needs and building long-term, sustainable relationships. Working together with the boutique team, you will contribute to both individual and collective performance, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

Your Impact

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience, building long-lasting relationships through effective clienteling and after-sales activities while creating a warm and welcoming environment.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing actively to the overall store performance.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Moncler's visual merchandising standards, ensuring product replenishment and effective stock management in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team.
• Actively contribute to the preparation and execution of inventory activities.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, bringing positive energy, enthusiasm, and a strong team spirit.

Qualification

• 1-3 years of experience in sales roles; experience within structured luxury fashion or retail companies is considered a strong advantage.
• International mindset and ability to work effectively with a diverse and international clientele.
• Passion for retail, strong client orientation, and a commercially driven mindset.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury market and strong product sensitivity.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required; proficiency in any additional language will be considered a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Employment under the CCNL Tessile collective agreement.
• Gross annual salary range: €25,500-€27,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.
• Competitive sales commission scheme linked to individual and store performance.
• Meal vouchers provided for each worked day.
