Responsibilities

• Outgoing, customer-focused, and an intuitive sense for Luxury: strengthen customer relationships through first-class consultations.
• With individual CRM goals, extensive product and repair training, you shine in all customer interactions - from consultation to sales to small repairs on site.
• The connection to our customers doesn't end when they leave the store - you remain a professional contact for all after sales topics.
• You will be responsible for first-class processing, from acceptance through communication with the technical team to return to customers.
