Arsenale Group is seeking a Brand & Experience Manager to shape and execute strategies that elevate the brand across luxury hospitality products and services. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, value, and premium execution across channels and geographies.

The role requires senior strategic vision, strong branding instincts, and the ability to lead brand governance with external agencies while protecting brand equity and long-term value.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 7–10+ years in brand management within luxury, hospitality, travel or high-end lifestyle sectors.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong understanding of brand governance, licensing and risk management.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and social media tools.

Mansioni

• Define and evolve brand strategies across the Group and projects under the CMO.
• Act as Brand Guardian ensuring consistent use of brand narratives and visuals.
• Lead naming, storytelling and creative platforms for products, services and launches.
• Provide strategic direction and briefs to agencies, ensuring high editorial standards.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and product marketing to align brand objectives.
