Arsenale Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager based in Rome to drive commercial growth across a portfolio of luxury train journeys. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in luxury hospitality or travel, with proven experience in high-value business development.

This role embraces international sales opportunities in the luxury market and involves collaboration with key partners. A competitive annual gross salary ranging from €50,000 to €60,000 is offered.

Competenze

5–7 years of senior sales experience in luxury hospitality, luxury travel, MICE, or events.
Proven experience in developing high-value bespoke travel business.
Strong international network within luxury travel and hospitality.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Develop and execute international sales strategies for luxury train experiences.
Identify and convert new business opportunities in MICE and luxury travel.
Build and manage relationships with key international partners.
