You will manage stock KPIs, counts, and procedures, ensure product flow in SAP, and protect stock integrity while building lasting client relationships and contributing to sales targets.

• Develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
• Cross-sell across departments to reach KPIs and sales targets.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate Brand and product knowledge.
• Handle complaints by liaising with the line manager.
• Maintain high shop floor visuals and stock procedures.
• Prevent stock losses and ensure product security.
• Safeguard product safety and valuables during handling.
• Manage daily goods receipts and merchandising per Corporate procedures.
• Organize stock counts and stock-takes.
• Track product flow using SAP and across repairs.
• Support stockroom activities related to markdowns.
• Ensure returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries follow guidelines.
