Job summary

Dolce&Gabbana in Taormina invites an enthusiastic Client Advisor to deliver premier luxury service on Piazza IX Aprile. You will build relationships with local and international clients, promote the Ready-to-Wear collection, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards and store presentation.

The role requires fluency in Italian and English, a passion for luxury fashion, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail or fashion retail, in client-facing roles.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong commercial attitude and ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, trends and customer expectations.
• Attention to detail and understanding of visual merchandising.
• Team-oriented attitude and strong collaboration skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized and exceptional customer experience, consistently embodying the brand’s values and service standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, anticipating their needs and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Provide expert knowledge on the Ready-to-Wear collection, offering tailored styling advice and product guidance.
• Contribute to the achievement of individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement.
• Support visual merchandising activities and ensure the boutique presentation is aligned with brand standards.
• Assist in stock management operations, ensuring product availability and replenishment.
• Manage sales transactions accurately and professionally at the point of sale.
• Collaborate with the boutique team to support daily operations and commercial objectives.
• Participate in store events and promotions to enhance client engagement and brand visibility.
