J.K.Place Capri is seeking a passionate, service-oriented Commis de Bar to join its Food & Beverage team on Capri. Reporting to the Bar Manager, you will support daily operations, prepare and organize the bar mise en place, and help craft exceptional beverage experiences.

The ideal candidate loves luxury hospitality, is eager to learn, and shows professionalism, attention to detail, and teamwork to exceed guest expectations.

Formación

• Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end service environments preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced bar setting with poise.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Bar Manager and bartenders to ensure smooth service during all periods.
• Prepare and organize the bar mise en place, ensuring products, equipment, garnishes, and supplies are ready for service.
• Assist in cocktail and beverage preparation according to established standards.
• Maintain bar areas, equipment, glassware, and storage areas in impeccable condition and cleanliness.
• Welcome and interact with guests professionally and discreetly, reflecting the J.K.Place hospitality philosophy.
• Serve beverages accurately and efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic offerings.
• Monitor stock levels and assist inventory control, reporting shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of beverage products per company standards.
• Support beverage service across Food & Beverage outlets, including the Lounge Terrace and Pool area when required.
• Collaborate with restaurant, kitchen, and bar teams for seamless guest experiences.
• Contribute to memorable guest experiences through attention to detail and exceptional service.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
