J.K.Place Capri in Capri, Italy, seeks an experienced Bartender to join its Food & Beverage team. You will craft classic and signature cocktails, serve wines and non-alcoholic beverages, and deliver refined guest experiences.

Reporting to the Bar Manager, you’ll maintain an impeccably organized bar, stay current on menus, pacing, and allergen information, and collaborate with kitchen and service to ensure seamless, discreet service in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in bartending.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and premium non-alcoholic beverages.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve classic, contemporary, signature, and bespoke cocktails, as well as wines, beers, spirits, coffees, and non-alcoholic beverages, in accordance with recipes and presentation standards.
• Welcomed guests warmly, take accurate orders, understand preferences, and provide informed recommendations on beverages, ingredients, and pairings.
• Deliver attentive, discreet, and personalized service while anticipating guest needs and responding professionally to special requests or concerns.
• Setup, organize, and close the bar for each service period, ensuring equipment, glassware, ice, garnishes, ingredients, and supplies are prepared.
• Maintain complete and current knowledge of beverage menus, cocktail recipes, products, vintages, allergens, and seasonal or promotional offerings.
• Ensure consistent drink quality by following approved measures, preparation methods, service sequences, and designated glassware and garnishes.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately through the POS system.
• Maintain the bar, equipment, glassware, work surfaces, and storage areas in impeccable condition, following hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish products, rotate inventory correctly, minimize waste, and report shortages, breakages, or discrepancies to the Bar Manager.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktails, signature serves, and beverage presentation while respecting the identity and standards of J.K.Place.
• Support beverage service across Food & Beverage outlets, including the Lounge Terrace and Pool area, whenever required.
• Collaborate closely with bar, restaurant, kitchen, and service teams to ensure smooth communication, timely delivery, and seamless guest experiences.
• Support coaching and daily development of Commis de Bar colleagues by sharing product knowledge, preparation techniques, and service standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and respect while acting as an ambassador of the J.K.Place culture and values.
