RH is seeking a knowledgeable Bar & Coffee Associate to deliver elevated beverage experiences within our design gallery settings. You will guide guests through cocktails, wine, coffee, and spirits with attention to quality and presentation.

The role requires 2+ years in beverage service, English proficiency, and a professional appearance. It offers an opportunity to grow in a luxury hospitality environment with seasonal offerings and collaboration across teams.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in beverage production or service.
• Proficiency in English, due to the international nature of our business.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of application.
• Meets the minimum legal age to serve alcohol and work shifts under local regulations.
• Commitment to high standards of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.

• Create a warm, first-class beverage experience for guests.
• Prepare and present cocktails, wine, spirits, and coffee with consistent quality.
• Adhere to RH’s recipes and service standards for all beverages.
• Guide guests with informed beverage pairings and seasonal selections.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and storage areas.
• Stock and rotate bar inventory to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Engage guests as a brand ambassador with polished presentation and knowledge of RH menus.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage beverage inventory and service goals.
