Minor Hotels Europe & Americas seeks a Barman/Barmaid to ensure bar service, guest satisfaction, beverage preparation, and ambassadorial presence in our restaurant and bar outlets. You will work across locations and events, upholding high standards and personalized service.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, English proficiency, and a passion for guest experiences, with a flexible approach to shifts and teamwork. Training and career development are provided.

Competenze

• Previous experience in similar roles is required.
• Fluency in English with preference for another foreign language.
• Knowledge of HACCP, hygiene and safety standards.
• Creativity and ability to innovate in service delivery.
• Strong customer orientation and teamwork.

Mansioni

• Set up the cocktail bar, bar and restaurant.
• Manage stock levels and bar supplies; oversee orders and productions.
• Ensure orderliness and cleanliness of sales points (bar/restaurant).
• Welcome guests and take/be responsive to dietary requests.
• Advise on menu offerings and accommodate requests.
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar service setups and breakdowns.
• Know the hotel menus and products to ensure service standards.
• Meet and exceed the F&B department quality standards.
