Belmond Castello di Casole and Villa San Michele, part of the Belmond collection, are seeking an IT Technician to support a luxury, tech-driven hospitality environment in Italy. The role focuses on service desk, maintenance, user management, security, and asset management while delivering reliable IT solutions.

We value proactive problem-solvers who can translate requirements into IT reality, work with international colleagues, and contribute to Green IT initiatives within the LIFE360 program

Qualificações

• Education: A degree in Computer Science or a high school diploma with IT experience.
• Good written and spoken English, with ability to relate to colleagues from international offices.
• Soft skills include organization, troubleshooting, relationship-building, problem-solving and time/priority management; interest in Green IT.

Responsabilidades

• Service Desk Management: handle IT issues for on-site and remote users.
• Service Maintenance: restore services and coordinate with vendors per SLAs.
• User Management: maintain active user lists and manage accounts.
• Security & Compliance: perform monthly security checks per management guidelines.
• Asset Management: install/configure IT assets; manage standard changes.
• Technical Support: provide assistance to clients or groups as needed.
• Education: participate in training and knowledge sharing.
• Technical Knowledge: familiarity with Windows environment and related services.
• Networking: basic TCP/IP knowledge.
• Language Skills: good English communication with international teams.
• Soft Skills: organize work, troubleshoot, build relationships, creative and innovative.
