Job summary

The Level Group in Stradella (PV) is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our logistics team. You will manage end-to-end logistics for assigned brands, coordinating with 3PLs and carriers to ensure timely delivery for B2C and B2B channels.

You will analyze operational data, support inbound/outbound shipments, and contribute to a fast-growing, international fashion logistics environment. Fluent Italian and English are required; salary up to €35,000 gross annually.

Job description

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our Logistics team in Stradella (PV). In this role, you will support logistics activities related to both B2C channels (eCommerce and marketplaces) and B2B channels (retail and wholesale), working closely with external logistics partners and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

We are seeking someone eager to learn on the job, able to move confidently between operational tasks and process support, and ready to tackle the daily challenges of a dynamic and fast-growing logistics environment with energy and enthusiasm.

What you’ll do:

• Take end-to-end responsibility for the logistics flows of assigned brands, from inbound operations to outbound delivery.
• Support the management of local and international transportation and shipping flows.
• Coordinate daily with external warehouses (3PLs) and carriers to ensure the smooth execution of logistics activities.
• Monitor B2C and B2B orders throughout the entire fulfilment process, from warehouse processing to final delivery.
• Manage operational activities related to inbound shipments, outbound deliveries, returns, customs and carrier coordination.
• Track logistics performance by collecting and analysing operational data and KPIs.

What we’re looking for:

• Initial structured experience in logistics, supply chain or a related role.
• Hands-on mindset, curiosity, fast learning ability, and willingness to take initiative.
• Good command of Excel and confidence with digital tools.
• An interest in eCommerce, omnichannel and logistics within the fashion and luxury sector.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
