Job summary

Valentino is seeking a specialist to join its Digital HR Team to work at the intersection of HR, technology and data with the Workday platform. You will participate in implementation, testing, go-live and post-go-live evolution while collaborating with a global HR community and external partners.

You will help drive HR analytics, AI, automation and digital innovation within Valentino’s HR Transformation journey, contributing to the platform’s ongoing ownership and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation, configuration and testing of Workday, supporting the successful launch of the global HCM platform.
• Support the evolution of the HRIS ecosystem, translating HR and business needs into digital solutions.
• Develop and enhance HR reporting and analytics, turning HR data into actionable insights.
• Support HR data quality, migration, validation and reconciliation activities.
• Investigate system, data and process issues and work with internal teams and partners to resolve them.
• Collaborate with the global HR community, Digital HR colleagues and external partners.
• Play an active role during go-live and hypercare, contributing to ownership and future evolution of the platform.

You will work hands-on with Workday, from implementation and testing through go-live and post-go-live evolution, collaborating with our global HR community and implementation partners.

Beyond Workday, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the broader Digital HR roadmap, exploring new solutions and technologies across HR Analytics, AI, automation and digital innovation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation, configuration and testing of Workday, supporting the successful launch of our new global HCM platform.
• Support the evolution and continuous improvement of our HRIS ecosystem, translating HR and business needs into effective digital solutions.
• Develop and enhance HR Reporting & Analytics, helping turn HR data into meaningful insights.
• Support HR data quality, migration, validation and reconciliation activities.
• Investigate system, data and process issues, working with internal teams and implementation partners to identify effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with our global HR community, Digital HR colleagues and external partners.
• Play an active role during go-live and hypercare, progressively contributing to the ownership and future evolution of the platform.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Workday, ideally within an international organization, consulting firm or Workday implementation environment.
• Solid knowledge of Workday HCM and experience working directly on the platform.
• Experience across Workday implementation, configuration and testing activities.
• Experience or strong exposure to Workday Reporting & Analytics.
• Experience across different Workday functional areas, such as Core HCM, Compensation, Learning or Planning, is considered a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
• Good knowledge of English and confidence working in an international environment.
