Amazon is seeking an Area Manager to lead a Fulfilment Centre team in Italy, ensuring safety, quality, and high productivity across shifts. You’ll drive improvement projects, manage dynamic operations, and mentor new managers while aligning with plant-wide standards and best practices.

You will work on a shift pattern at one of our sites, owning safety culture and maintaining quality and performance targets. The role emphasizes process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• A degree
• Relevant experience in people management
• Relevant experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
• Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language
