CargoBeamer is seeking a dedicated Terminal Support Specialist to oversee and facilitate the efficient operation of our terminal facilities at our Domodossola location. You will support back-office duties during shifts and coordinate with dispatch and loaders to build and improve loading lists.

This role requires driving licence B, experience in logistics/operations, good IT skills with TOS/ERP, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Experience in logistics/operations management.
• Good IT skills with TOS/ERP or similar systems.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
• Valid driving licence class B.

Mansioni

• Support terminal operations from the back office during your shift.
• Coordinate with dispatch and loaders to build and improve loading lists.
• Communicate with wagon masters, railway companies and shunting operations.
• Prepare train documentation (train lists, CIM).
• Check documents and match reservations / container IDs.
• Monitor operations and train status; report delays and issues early.
• Ensure safety rules and procedures are followed.
