A leading logistics company in Mantova is seeking a Contract Logistics Specialist to manage warehousing operations and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves creating process simulation tools, mapping workflows, and collaborating on improvement projects within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and advanced proficiency in MS Office. English proficiency is required, while Italian is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor/Master degree in Supply Chain / Management / Industrial Engineering.
• Proven interest in Supply Chain environment.
• Demonstrates interest for continuous improvement.
• Advanced skills in MS Office tools.
• Business level English is required; Italian is a plus.

• Map processes and identify main variables for the warehouse.
• Support deployment of Stand Up Meetings and SQCDEP principles.
