Tosca, a global leader in reusable packaging solutions, seeks a Junior Logistics Specialist/Planner to join the Agrate Brianza team. You will support end-to-end logistics planning, master data management, and operational excellence in an international setting.

You will build hands-on experience in transportation planning, supply chain coordination, and reporting, contributing to continuous improvement while collaborating with sites, suppliers, and Finance.

Competenze

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Internship or experience in logistics, transportation, planning, or operations is advantageous.
• Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.

Mansioni

• Maintain and manage master data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy.
• Oversee data entry and management for transportation equipment.
• Support management and tracking of pallet exchange and pooling activities.
• Plan and coordinate reverse logistics flows for asset availability.
• Act as a point of contact for sites and suppliers, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with logistics partners and internal stakeholders for daily operations.
• Support site management with accurate data maintenance and reporting.
• Verify logistics invoices and reconcile data with providers.
• Coordinate information with Finance for billing and reporting.

As we continue to strengthen our operations across Europe, we are looking for a Junior Logistics Specialist / Planner to join our team in Agrate Brianza.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career logistics professional looking to build hands-on experience in transportation planning, supply chain coordination, master data management, and operational excellence within an international environment.

This position is offered as a 1-year fixed-term contract.

Your mission

You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient planning and coordination of logistics activities, maintaining accurate operational data, and supporting the smooth movement of Tosca assets across the supply chain. Through your attention to detail and collaborative mindset, you will help drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What you will be doing

• Maintain and manage master data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Oversee data entry and management for transportation equipment used across Tosca operations
• Support the management and tracking of wooden pallet exchange and pooling activities
• Plan and coordinate reverse logistics flows to ensure asset availability and efficient operations
• Act as a key point of contact for sites and suppliers, providing updates on operational performance and resolving pending issues
• Collaborate closely with logistics partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of daily operations
• Support site management and operations teams with accurate data maintenance and reporting
• Verify logistics invoices and reconcile operational data with logistics providers
• Coordinate relevant information with the Finance team to support accurate billing and reporting processes
• Provide backup support to the Logistics Planner when required
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations Department

What makes you a strong fit

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience or internship in logistics, transportation, supply chain, planning, or operations is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data and maintaining accuracy across systems
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Fluent in English and Italian
