Tosca is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the EMEA Marketing team on a 6-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. Based in Agrate Brianza, Milan area, the role combines hands-on campaigns across Europe with close collaboration to Sales, Product Management and the broader marketing function.

You will drive campaigns, events, content development, sales enablement materials, digital assets and customer engagement initiatives, localizing materials for multiple European markets.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in an international environment.
• Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, events, and cross-functional projects.
• Experience supporting multi-country marketing activities across Europe is highly desirable.

We are currently looking for a strongMarketing Manager to join our EMEA Marketing team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, covering a maternity leave.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on marketing professional who enjoys turning ideas into action and delivering impactful marketing initiatives that support business growth.

As Marketing Manager, you will drive a broad range of marketing activities across Europe, including campaigns, events, content development, sales enablement materials, digital assets, and customer engagement initiatives. Working closely with Sales, Product Management, and the broader Marketing team, you will play a key role in strengthening Tosca's market presence and supporting commercial objectives.

This is a highly operational role requiring strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.

Please note that this position does not include people management responsibilities. It is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects and being actively involved in the day-to-day execution of marketing programs.

This role reports to the VP Marketing EMEA.

Your Mission

• Drive the execution of EMEA marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate and deliver marketing initiatives across digital channels, customer communications, and events.
• Develop and manage marketing content, sales enablement materials, presentations, and customer-facing assets.
• Manage and localize marketing materials across different European markets.
• Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer events.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure marketing activities support commercial objectives.
• Maintain and update marketing content across digital platforms and internal repositories.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and business insights.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and creative partners when required.
• Strengthen Tosca's brand awareness and market presence across Europe.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

Education Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within an international environment.
• Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, events, commercial marketing materials, and cross-functional projects.
• Experience supporting multi-country marketing activities across Europe is highly desirable.
• Experience in industrial, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or related B2B sectors is a plus.
