Translated Srl is seeking a Localization Vendor & Resource Manager to expand and optimize its network of language professionals across translation, DTP, AI annotation, copywriting, and interpreting. You will ensure a robust, diverse resource database aligned with current and forecasted production needs.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Quality Managers to drive recruitment, qualification, and data-driven staffing decisions, monitor trends, and report on funnel

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in vendor/resource management in the language industry.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with freelancers and partners.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency with CRM, databases, spreadsheets, analytics dashboards.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
