Airbnb’s Localization Manager role goes beyond translation, shaping language strategy for the Italian market and aligning with product, marketing, and engineering to deliver a native user experience.

Based in Milan with a hybrid setup, you’ll lead cross-functional partnerships, manage vendors, and supervise local copywriting while driving international growth and global localization excellence.

Competenze

• 8+ years in product localization with international launches.
• Fluency in English and native knowledge of Italian.
• Experience shaping market strategies from market research and data analysis.
• Ability to lead across functions and drive partnerships.
• Proactive, independent, and strategic thinker.
• Deep knowledge of UI/UX localization and localization tooling.
• Strong project/program and stakeholder management across time zones.
