Kia Italia is seeking a motivated Social Specialist to join the CX & Brand Marketing team in Milan. You will support the social and digital strategy, creating engaging content and localising global assets for the Italian market, while collaborating with agencies, dealers, and European teams.

The role focuses on social media management, content creation, event activation, and campaign support. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with a flexible hybrid work setup in a dynamic automotive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, PR, Journalism or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or related areas.
• Passion for digital communication and social media.
• Excellent content creation and storytelling skills.
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Proactive, flexible and collaborative approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Social Media Management: manage day-to-day execution of Kia Italia's social channels and coordinate content planning, publishing, and monitoring.
• Content Creation & Localisation: adapt global assets for the Italian market and create digital content and briefs.
• Event & Partnership Activation: support visibility of events and partnerships and coordinate content for live experiences.
• Campaign & Performance Support: monitor KPIs and assist in editorial calendars and integrated campaigns.
