Lowe's is seeking a Loader in Naples, Italy to support customers and teams in-store. You will help customers locate and load merchandise, assist with checkout and order fulfillment, and ensure accurate staging of products for pickup or delivery.

In this role, you will handle large orders, maintain stock levels, and follow Lowe's safety policies while operating store equipment. The position emphasizes teamwork and attention to product quality and safety.

Competenze

• 6 months experience with a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

• Provides excellent customer service by following Lowe's policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise and answers questions.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Uses power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Communicates stock, special order merchandise, product features, warranty, and Lowe's program information to customers.
